THE OFFICE (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm): Clerical Support: File, organize, copy, cut, fold stuff or whatever else just needs to get done. Publicity Hounds: Push press releases, contribute calendar listings and poster the town. Video Librarians: View, label, catalog and organize video archive tapes for taiko training. |
IN
THE COMMUNITY (based on event schedules): Event Liaisons: Represent PT at events by staffing our merchandise tables and exhibit booths. Team Giant: Prepare and present PT in the front of house at performances and events. Ticket Coordinators: Rally the troops and organize group tickets our for home-season concerts. |
IN
THE ORGANIZATION (by interest & invitation): Board of Directors: Overesee operations, cultivate capacity and strengthen strategic planning. Performers: Pursue artistic excellence while sharing Asian-American culture. Vanishing Committees: Meet over a defined period to plan and execute PT's special events and projects. |
